Design and improvement of digital experiences for the healthcare sector, encompassing web and mobile applications for clinical and administrative management. I participated in the design of key modules such as user administration, billing for medical and laboratory services, medical and financial parameterization, population profiling, and health risk analysis.
I led the creation of a component library and a corporate design system, including a design manual and user manuals to ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and usability. I designed the mobile application for home healthcare and optimized the interface of the population profiling platform, improving the user experience and operational workflows.
Additionally, I developed corporate visual materials such as presentations, brochures, and infographics to strengthen the company’s internal and external communication.
